A receipt for every approved month, kept for as long as you stay. Download one the moment a landlord or an employer asks.
Repairs
Report a repair. Watch it get fixed.
Send it with a photo. The manager acknowledges it, gives you a date, and shows you a picture of the finished work - so "done" means done.
Notices & moving out
Told once. Seen by everyone.
Water cuts, cleaning days and festival closures, posted where nobody can miss them. And when it is time to leave, give notice with a date the manager confirms in writing.

The manager adds you
When you move in, they enter your details and your email. That address is your account - you never create one.

You get a code
Enter your email and a six-digit code arrives. That is the whole sign-in, every time.

Questions, answered.
How do I sign in?
Tap Tenant login and enter the email the PG has for you. A six-digit code arrives; type it in. No password, ever.
I did not get a code.
Check the address is the one on your tenancy record, and look in spam. If it still does not arrive, contact the manager.
I am staff, not a tenant.
Use Staff login in the header - it takes you to the staff portal.
Is my data private?
You only ever see your own rent, receipts and repairs. Sign-in is by one-time code, so there is no password to leak.
